2) Shuttle Bus Journey to Ten Mile Gallery


Once you're inside the park, take a scenic ride on the shuttle bus to the captivating Ten Mile Gallery area. The Gallery is 2 stops away from the main entrance.

  2. Leisurely Scenic Walk: Enjoy a peaceful walk on well-marked paths, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty at your own pace.

You'll find many playful monkeys in the Ten Mile Gallery area, adding an extra element of fun to your visit. Watching these animals can be a delightful experience if you follow these guidelines:

2) Shuttle Bus Journey to the Bailong Elevator


Once you're inside the park, take a scenic ride on the shuttle bus to the Bailong Elevator. The elevator is 4 stops away from the main entrance.

Once you arrive, head to the nearest bus stop within the Yang Family Territory, and catch a bus that will take you directly to the Tianzi Mountain ticket office.


4) Explore the Tianzi Mountain

  2. Board the specially designed buses: Look for the buses located next to the tickets office. These buses are designed to transport visitors to the top of Tianzi Mountain. Hop on board and enjoy the ride.


As I stood at the Tianzi Mountain viewpoint, I was completely blown away. I mean, seriously, it was one of the most stunning views I've ever seen in my entire life! The towering peaks, the vibrant greenery, and the jaw-dropping panoramic vistas just left me speechless.


Reflecting on our trip to Zhangjiajie National Park, I realized that we had made the mistake of visiting the upper part of the park first. This proved to be a miscalculation because, after experiencing the beauty of Tianzi Mountain, nothing else seemed to compare. I would strongly advise future visitors to save this part of the park for the second or third day of their visit, to fully appreciate the unparalleled beauty that awaits them.


5) Return to the Exit at WuLingYuan Station


From the Tianzi Mountain, board the same bus that will take you back to the ticket office. Then take the National park bus for 2 stops until you reach the cable car station, hop onto the cable car and walk back to the exit at WuLingYuan Station.


Day 3: Experiencing the Thrills: Top Activities in Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon


On the third day of your visit to Zhangjiajie, venture to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, a separate tourist attraction that offers its own unique wonders. Please note that tickets for the Grand Canyon must be purchased separately from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park as the services for the visit are provided by a separate company.


It's best to buy the tickets in advance through official websites or authorized vendors. Be aware of potential limits on visitor numbers and specific entry time slots, especially during peak seasons.
